Can I return or replace an item?
Yes, items can be returned or replaced within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How do I request a return or refund?
Please contact our customer support team and provide your order number along with photos of the item for faster processing.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of prescription medicines, opened personal care products, or items not in their original condition unless they are defective or incorrect.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Who shoulders the return shipping fee?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Evercare Pharmacy will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer will shoulder the return shipping fee.
